- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship from our hub in Kolkata, India, to destinations worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, allowing you to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Indoemall is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We recommend checking your local customs office for specific information regarding imports from India.
5. Damages and Lost Packages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Email to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Shipping Restrictions
We ship to most global locations; however, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses for international deliveries. If we are unable to ship to your specific location, we will contact you immediately to provide a full refund.
